This Commercial Database License and Terms of Sale Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the business entity or professional completing the checkout (“Buyer” or “Licensee”) and Pablo Cirre, holder of Spanish Fiscal Identification Number (NIF) 74657091B, with registered commercial offices at Local B, 18002 Granada, Spain, operating the international B2B data portal BigDataLowCost.com (“Licensor” or “Provider”, official contact desk: info@bigdatalowcost.com). By clicking the purchase button at checkout or downloading any free or paid dataset, Buyer expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable commercial law, Licensor’s total cumulative liability arising out of or related to any dataset or this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by Buyer for the specific dataset giving rise to the claim. Licensor shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or third-party ESP/SMTP suspension damages resulting from Buyer’s email sending infrastructure or campaign configurations.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial laws of Spain and the European Union, without prejudice to mandatory international commercial arbitration rules. Any dispute not resolved amicably through our Priority Support Desk (info@bigdatalowcost.com) shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Granada, Spain.
